Attendant Conference lets the attendant set up one or more conference connections between central office trunks and internal stations.
Parties may be added to the conference only by the attendant.
The number of trunks that may be involved in any one conference is programmed during Customer Data Entry.
A trunk added to the conference must conform to the respective trunk-to-trunk connecting parameters (Interconnect Restrictions).
A warning tone is given to the conferees when the conference is initiated.

If a user is allowed to leave intact a call that consists of CO trunks only, enable Public Network to Public Network Connection Allowed

To form a Conference when a two-party call is already in place, or to add another party to an existing Conference:
Dial the number of the next party.
If the called station is busy or does not answer, do one of the following:
To add a different party, dial the number of the next party.
To return to the original party or Conference, press Cancel.
If you want to speak privately with either party, press Source or Destination.
Press Conference.
To exit from the Conference once all of the parties have been connected:
Press Release
To form a Conference when a two-party call is already in place, one in the Source window and the other in the Destination window:
Select Conference.
To add another party to an existing Conference:
Dial the number of the next party.
Select Conference once the call is answered.
If the called station is busy or does not answer, do one of the following:
To add a different party, dial the number of the next party.
To return to the original party or Conference, select Cancel or the — key on the numeric keypad (MiVoice Business Console).
Select Conference.
To speak privately with either party:
Select Source -OR- Destination.
To exit from the Conference once all of the parties have been connected:
Select Release or the + key on the numeric keypad (MiVoice Business Console).
